Q. What types of franchises are available?

A. Individual store franchises are available at this time, multiple stores can also be purchased.

Q. What is the present franchise fee?

A. Initial fee is 35,000 for One store, 30,000 each for a Two store and 25,000 each for a Three store deal.

Q. What is the continuing royalty fee and how often is it paid?

A. The present royalty fee is 5% of gross volume. This is paid to the franchisor monthly.

Q. What is the term of the franchise agreement? Can it be renewed?

A. The term of the franchise agreement is for 10 years. It can be renewed for another 10 years at the royalty terms of the then current franchise royalty fee.

Q. Can I sell my franchise?

A. A franchisee’s business can be sold, with the franchisor’s approval to a qualified buyer.

Q. What is the Advertising Fee?

A. Currently the advertising fee is 2% to be spent locally for your own AMERICAN PIE PIZZA CO. store.

Q. How do I learn the business? Is there a training school? What does it cost?

A. AMERICAN PIE PIZZA CO. provides a complete training school for you and one selected personnel included in your franchise fee.

Q. What is my protected Territory?

A. 3 mile radius around your store is protected for you except in downtown areas. If you have a mall store, you are only protected in that particular mall and not outside the mall with any radius.

Q. Who finds the site?

A. We will give you site guidelines and assist you in site selection, but you find your own site and submit it for acceptance.

Q. How long does it take to open a AMERICAN PIE PIZZA CO. Franchise store?

A. The time varies but normally around four to nine months from the signing of the franchise agreement.

Q. Is Financing available?

A. Financing is available from banks and leasing companies. We will provide you with multiple lenders that may or may not finance you. AMERICAN PIE PIZZA CO. does not finance its franchisees.

Q. What do I do next?

A. Completely fill out and mail or fax the Confidential Application Form enclosed in this brochure. Once we receive and evaluate it, we will meet with you personally to review our Franchise Documents including the Uniform Franchise Offering Circular and the Franchise Agreement.
