All of our dough is from scratch and born from our own 5 year old sourdough starter. It is hand made and fermented at room temperature for 24 hours, never seeing the inside of a freezer. We use the highest quality ingredients to ensure a perfect rise, crispy crust, and velvety crumb on every pie.

Like our dough, our signature red sauce is made fresh by hand—never frozen, never compromised. Using only American-grown plum tomatoes, prized for their naturally low moisture, rich flesh, and vibrant flavor, this sauce delivers a velvety texture and bold, balanced taste that clings beautifully to the crust without watering it down.    

All of our cheese is sliced, grated, and shredded fresh each day. We never use pre-shredded or frozen. Additionally, all of our fresh and low-moisture mozzarella cheeses are exclusively whole-milk for that rich and creamy flavor we all remember growing up with.
